We use all natural, antibiotic and hormone free,cage free,vegetarian fed chicken and Autumn's Harvest Farm organic, pasture-raised beef and pork. All of our soups, stocks, gravies, and sauces are made with fresh ingredients (we don't use bases, bouillons, msg or anything like that).

Spice-rubbed Whole Chicken Legs with Vegetable Cous Cous ($24)

This is a Sicilian-style chicken dish using the whole chicken leg(leg and thigh)first brined for added flavor and juiceness and then rubbed with a spice blend of toasted fennel seed, coriander,crushed red pepper, black peppercorn, ancho chile powder and cinnamon. The chicken is then baked and served with an agrodolce compote. Agrodolce is the term for any Italian sweet-and-sour sauce made with vinegar and sugar. Our agrodolce is made with raisins, pine nuts, and red grapes and is fantastic with the spice-rubbed chicken. A compote means it's kind of chunky and not a smooth sauce. An additional star of this dish is the vegetable cous cous which is made with organic cous cous and lots of veggies and can be eaten at room temperature or slightly warmed. This dish requires minimal cooking time just to take the chill off.

Lentils and Vegetables GF,DF,Vegan,Heartsmart ($24)

Red lentils cooked with Garam Masala, chopped tomatoes, fresh ginger, turmeric, zucchini, mushrooms,cauliflower,green beans, and baby spinach with chicken or tofu and basmati rice. Garnished with cilantro. (Serving suggestion:Top with plain yogurt). The vegan version has tofu. This dish is great without tofu or chicken, just let us know if you would like this option in the comment section.

Basil and Goat Cheese Quesadillas ($26)

Flour tortillas stuffed with chicken, shrimp or just veggies, fresh basil ,goat and jack cheese, zucchini and red onion. Two very large quesadillas will come layered in a box. Simply remove them and heat them on a sheet pan in the oven. Tomato basil salsa and a small green salad will come on the side.
2 extra large quesadillas with salad provide 4 servings

Glazed Teriyaki Shrimp, Chicken, or Tofu(HEARTSMART,GF,DF)) ($26)

Our house-made teriyaki sauce(with lemongrass, fresh ginger, tamari, honey and sugar), shrimp, chicken,or tofu, Jasmine rice, and stir-fried vegetables. Vegan version has tofu.

Baked Ziti with Green Vegetables ($22)

This is a yummy, light on the cheese mac and cheese with kale, baby spinach, and zucchini. My 7 year-old son gave it two thumbs up last night. I had to have a bite and it was to die for! It's even better the next day.

Pot Pie ($22)

Chicken or tofu carrots,celery,onions,mushrooms,
greenbeans, peas,corn and potatoes in a delicious mushroom gravy with puff pastry on top!

Beef Pot Pie ($24)

Autumn's Harvest organic, grass-fed beef braised to fork-tender, celery,carrots,onions, peas, green beans, potatoes, corn, mushroom gravy and puff pastry on top.

Beef Shepherd's Pie ($24)

Autumn's Harvest Organic Beef, braised to very tender and sauced with a savory mushroom gravy, with corn, peas, greenbeans and carrots. Topped with mashed potatoes.

Shepherd's Pie with Chicken or Tofu ($22)

Same shepherd's pie but with chicken or tofu instead of beef.

Mac and Cheese ($22)

A Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese with breadcrumbs on top.
A comfort meal that is satisfying for both grown-ups and kids. We would be happy to add VEGGIES at no extra charge (great veggies for mac; broccoli,kale,corn,peas,tomatoes,baby spinach)please add in comment section.

Power Salad (VEGAN,GF) ($16)

Baby spinach with quinoa, white beans, garbanzo beans, raw beets, basil, sprouts, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, carrot-orange-chile vinaigrette.

Baby Spinach Salad with Apples and Pears ($12)

With orange-zested walnuts, goat cheese, apples and pears, dried cranberries and red wine honey vinaigrette.

Simple Salad ($8)

Mixed organic greens, grape tomatoes, house vinaigrette.

Carrot Ginger Soup (vegan) ($10)

Packed with vitamins and made with organic carrots. Can be eaten warm or cold.

Chicken Tortilla Soup ($10)

Chicken and vegetables in a light chicken broth with diced tomatoes,vegetables, and corn tortillas cooked in the broth and lime and cilantro added at the end.
